I finally managed to extract some answers out of my solicitor's secretaries, who seem incapable of passing messages between clients and lawyers, and vice versa.
Anyway, the upshot of it was that I'll have to go to court towards the end of January, which is a relief to actually know. :P It means I can take a little time off with family and friends over christmas. In some ways though it would be nice to get it over and done with, but... I felt really rushed thinking I had to prepare for going to court before christmas, and it just didn't feel right.
*smiles* sometimes you can manage to forget the fact that you've got a court case hanging over your head and just get on with your life... :)
