Call 800.535.0283 that is the automated line and you should be able to locate him with his TDCJ #.

I don't have a TDCJ number-he wasn't given one at the detention center..but I can put in his date of birth?

Call first thing in the morning and keep trying until you get through. Talk to a live operator and give that person his date of birth. Let me know if you need more help. BTW-it is very difficult to get through so you will have to keep calling.

I work weekdays 7-5 is there any other way for me to find out???? There isn't anyone else at hoem who can call cause my mom works the same hours I do...this is sooooooooo frustrating!
