Burt Wolfe used to have a TV show on PBS called Celebrations. He would explain the different regional and religous holidays and what the traditional foods represented. I wish I had that series on tape.

He did one on Hanukah foods and traditions. I am not Jewish, but my girlfriend is. She fixes all kinds of food for Chanukah, as she calls it.

So far, I have been unsucesful in getting any of her recipes!! Do any PTO members celebrate Hanukah??
