I searched for an answer as to why I can't use the chat function. I did the java download. I still just get a blank grey screen and the error message at the bottom of the screen says, java.lang.classnotfoundexception.java.awt.popupmen u

I have PTO listed in my internet explorer to allow pop ups from this site.
I have windows XP.
Anyone have any ideas as to what I should try?
