Yo... I just wanted to tell you that please don't live in SE Portland because it's called "felon flat" over here.. It's cuz so many felons found a life here, some of them are holding up really good, and some are slipping with nobody to hold onto. However, SW, NW, and SE Downtown are good parts of Portland to live in especially if you are down-to-earth. I suggest NE Downtown, NE, NW Portland if you are of African-American descendants. Ask me any questions or concerns you might pop up.
