It was to my suprise yesterday when I got a collect call @ work and it wasn't the normal "prison operator's recording" It was a call from the street. He was at the mall right near the prison (which is still 2 hrs away from me). His max out date was 1/31/05, but yesterday morning they woke him up and said "Scary roll out, you time here is done." He even questioned it himself:confused: :confused: But once his personal items were in hand, and he signed his release papers he knew it was true:fb: :fb:
He will now spend the first Christmas he ever has with our daughter who is 2 1/2. Ans make up for the past 3 he has missed with our son. I have to say I am still in (((SHOCK))):eek: :eek:

It seems to be that our Appeal to the NJ State parole board was ruled in our favor. There was not enough evidence to revoke his parole, there was also unfounded technicalities against him, and they did not follow the proper procedure for his preliminary hearings.

I would have been happy if they released him 1 day early, just as long as they admitted that we were right. But this was fantastic:p And you better believe that Scary was showing me exactly:blush: how appreciative he is of me for supporting him and loving him unconditionally, especially since I was the one who put together his appeal...

Thank you for all the PTO support, I will still continue to post, because our ride is not over with, we still have about 4 court dates to attend, and you never know what is gonna happen then. Right now I'm jsut enjoying the moment....
