Just letting PTO know in case anyone is wondering....

This is a county facility that my bro is in so I had been wondering about special visits and all...well I got my chance-I spent 14 hours in a car driving in the rain but I made it! I called ahead to the deputy sheriff in charge of visitation and he was really nice actually, I was given a 1 hour visit on a friday (mid-morning) and there was only like one other special visit so I could actually hear him!! And even better the friends who drove with me were also allowed to see him!!!! And they even let him have his regular weekend visits!!! So I got to see him again on saturday!!!!

So if anyone had questions about county facilities- call at least a week before your planned visit, call again after the day you think chain runs. At least 300miles of distance is what they told us!!! You really can't take anything in there-but always check with the place!!!!

It was bittersweet, I got to see him but I had to leave him, but hey-at least for a little bit we talked after not seeing him since june :D
