Is your user name and password for chat the same as the PTO login? I tried to log into chat the other night and it said invalid password. Or is there somewhere i need to go sign up for chat? thanks

Yes, it is the same as your PTO login information. Most systems will automatically login to the chat when you select the Chat option on the PTO webpage, but in the case that it doesn't, just enter your User Name and Password as you would to log on to PTO :)
