Does Anybody Know What The Inmates Are Allowed To Have In Chuckawalla? Because My Husband Just Called Me And He Said That He Had To Send All His Stuff Home Because They Don't Let Them Have All Their Property When They Go To Chuckawalla. What's Up With That??

My boyfriend just paroled from CVSP (11/17/04) so I asked him...he said that basically, that there are mainly general restrictions on property but that it ALL must be sent in from vendors. When I explained that your husband had been at Ironwood, he said that (as far as he knows) both facilities allow the same clothing/appliances (tvs being the exception). Basically, whatever your husband wants to have with him must be sent in from a vendor -- new and packaged for distribution to CVSP. Hope this helps!
