LOL I don't know about this turkey day stuff, its my first time!
Can I make a spinache quiche and corn casserole tonight and either leave in the fridge to bake tomorrow or bake it tonight and reheat it tomorrow?
I'm trying to get some stuff done tonight but don't want it to be an icky, soggy mess tomorrow.....what do ya think?

I've prepared quiche and let it set overnight.. then popped it in the oven in the morning. You don't want to let it sit in the crust though. I'm not sure about corn casserole.. I've never made it..

If they don't like it.. they can cook next year!! That's my motto!!!
Have a great meal, and for goodness sakes... stop tossing and turning in bed fretting about it!! Everything will be fine!!

Quiches reheat very well so I don't think there will be a problem- let us know how your day turned out!

Everything turned out great! So great they requested a repeat performance of the casserole and quiche tonight at their house to play board games, hang out and eat some more :)
Good for you- I knew it would turn out fine!! Now all you have to do is conquer the fried chicken!
