I was just informed that one of the people who is attending Thanksgiving dinner at my house tomorrow is diabetic and she told my fiance "I'm always fine at dinner, but when it comes to dessert time, I always feel left out because there is nothing that I can eat."
:(

I feel awful that I didn't know and am not prepared!

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE, if anyone has ANY diabetic dessert recipes....HELP!!!!!!!!!!

You can do a Google search for diabetic dessert recipes and you should come up with a bunch.

If all else fails or your not sure, maybe ask her what kind of desserts she likes and then look for a recipe, or find a local bakery that does sugar free baked goods.

Do you have a Perkins near you? They have very good sugar free apple pies...
