After five quarters of incarcerated offenders on the rise, the last quarter showed a decrease. September of 2004 the number of inmates went down by 27.
In June of 2004 Idaho Prisons were at 103% capacity and as of September they were at 102%.
This may not be a sign of changing times and we really wont know until after the next quarters numbers are out, but considering from March of 2004 to June of 2004 the numbers went up each quarter this will be something to keep a close eye on.
