Still here. Well, my son called this afternoon with a new court date - 12/1. Anxiety is setting in all over again. Will just be glad when this nightmare is all over.

Just got back from visiting my husband for the first time at the DB. The visits were pleasant, the guards were very professional and I had no problems at the DB. Visits went by a lot faster than at the RCF because we could actually do more than stare at each other. I never realized how much fun board games and card games could be until they are one of the only things you can do to have fun with your husband. It was very hard to come back and I cannot wait until I have saved up the funds to actually move there.

Erin, it's really good to hear you had a good visit with your husband. Yes, it is so very hard to leave. Glad you had a good time and didn't have any problems. I've never had any problems while I've been there, other than the phone in the booth cutting off and having to wait till they start it up again... seems like it takes them ages when each minute is precious. Anyway, glad to hear you had a safe trip.
