Check out a copy of this death certificate for a man that was executed in Ohio. It states his death was due to "homicide."

I am so glad that you brought this to everyones attention. Now you all tell me How can the states get away with doing this. If you are placed on Death Row for committing homocide and it is illegal enough to cause you to be giving a death sentence, then how can stated executed homocide be legal. It shoudl say execution and by what means. To me this makes the states just as guilty as the person they are killing.
