When you get bored do you find yourself eating a lot more than usual? When I get bored I will munch on everything. I dont gain any weight though :( . I just wanted to see if there are others like me.

I do sometimes...especially since I've quit smoking.

WEll I want to let you know I haven't had a cigg since 9 am becuase this is my second attempt to quit and I'm doing great not eating to replace the smoking..I have a wonderful Lord, But maily yes I do..:) God BLess

Be glad you don't gain weight !!!! I wish...I go through phases where I munch like crazy..only I put on weight *ugh* :)

I eat all the time!!!!!!! BUt I do gain weight, so what I do is if I know I am gonna pig out or like say if i want some fast food I will walk to that fast food place and get it, so therefore I am working out and pigging out! LOL
