Hello, My fiance went up for his first Initial parole and was dneied , now everyone says that everyone gets denied there forst time. I emailed the director of public iformation at the parole board to find out about the new 65% she said if an inmate is denied parole before the expiration of there 1/3 time they will automatically go uo for reconsideration at the expiration of one third of there time. 1/3 of his time is dec. So I'm trying to figure out iof that means he will go up again? on his profile on department of corrections it did say n/a by his name for TPM now it says not allowed what does that mean? Is that because he was denied? or does that mean he wont go back up? lawd its all so confusing. Hellllllllllllpppppppp:confused:
