THEY ARE TAKING FOREVER RELEASING MY MAN. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RELEASED ON FRIDAY THE 5TH NOW IT IS THE 9TH. HE WAS IN RCCC TO GO TO BOARD AND SUPPOSED TO GO BACK TO FOLSOM FOR RELEASE HOWEVER THEY TRANSFERRED HIM TO TRACY, I WONT KNOW WHEN HE GETS OUT BECAUSE i ONLY HAVE THE PRE-PAID COLLECT CALLS FROM MCI AND I DONT THINK THAT DVI USES MCI. HE COUNSELOR IS A A-HOLE HE WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE, NO ANSWERS TO ANY OF MY QUESTIONS

When my ex was there only about nine months back it was mci.. not sure if it changed or not but that is what it was at the time...

As far as I know, while they are in RECEPTION at dvi, they dont have access to the phone. If they are housed there after reception, then the processes are the same, but while they are in reception, which i believe they have to go back through WHENEVER they leave mailline for any reason (court, etc) then there are no phones. My man was there for two months, out to court in county for a month, and then back through reception for another month before being sent to Jamestown....hope that helps!
