I have a friend in Brickley who is not in the best of health. I am trying to find info on some programs...

Can anyone help me find information on any kind of programs that can reduce time?? I was told there are several, but I cannot find anything on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I'm assuming you mean Brickeys? Anyway, any programs would apply to the whole ADC (ARkansas Dept. of Correction) and not be unit specific.
Good Time reduces time - time you get for good behaviour. The only other thing i know of is clemency. Tell your friend to stay out of trouble! Hopefully others will have more info!

It depends on what he wants to file for to get a reduction as there are a few choices he has to pick from, being his health is not well it sounds that would be his choice...I got on the Governor's website and requested a Clemency application for my brother,they mailed it very promptly to me. I did it this way to assure it was an up to date application...
My brother also has health issues as we will use to file for a time reduction,there is alot to know and do but I am learning as I go, so if I can be of help feel free to ask questions...
