So, someone at a Michigan prison would have to e-mail Tom? I don't forsee this happening. Unless, I'm totally unobjective and negative---Michigan just isn't like that and isn't into rehabilitation at all.

Tom's a nice man. I talked to him a few years ago when this book first came out and I ordered a copy for myself after someone had lent Bill a copy to read.
