do you mena that it has already gone to Albany?...but they haven't processed it and sent it to Pa.? I'm not sure where you're trying to get htings moving to...

Thanks for all of your responses and support. This site is great and so are the people here. The issue is my husband in incarcerated in NY and I live in PA. I found him a job program, we are legally married (I know how important that is), and we have a great apartment. Now the problem is that those people in charge of the paperwork are not moving it at all. The lady at the facility said she sent it a month ago and it is still sitting there. It needs to go to Albany then to Harrisburg. It takes 3 months and this is past his release date, so he wil have to sit there just because these people let it sit there. How can I fight this without ruffliing any feathers, because I;m sure you know how they all act when you ruffle their feathers about their jobs. Somehow his paperwork, as hard as I have worked to help get things together, will get "lost". I can't have that. Let me know if there is anything you may know that can help. I need groups or attorneys or information that may help. I will listen to any and all advice. My husband says to be patient...it's out of our hands.
