Please help me. I cannot remember what IPO stands for. And what is the difference in that and the constituent officer? Or are they one and the same. It is regarding an Interstate Compact applicaton.

I can't help much, but IPO stands for Institutional Parole Officer. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me. I don't know what the difference (if any) between an IPO and a constituent officer. Hopefully someone will come along with the answers. When I find out, I'll pass it on.
