I would like to know how to get the complete criminal history on the man that murdered my husband....the prison site shows he was found guilty of negligent homicide within the prison system after he was sentenced for my husbands murder and that he was given 5 years for that and that sentence is over..he is due for parole in 2009 and my children and i need help finding how to contact parole board etc.....ty

Hello,

Your best bet would be to contact the Department of Corrections in your state. They should be able to help you in reagards to contacting the parole board, etc.

As far as his complete criminal history, the prosecutor who handled the case should have it. Consider contacting them as well.

I'm sure the Parole Board would love to hear from you...trust me when I tell you this. I'm an ex-offender and my boyfriend is locked up. The Parole Board is there for the victim and not the offender. Atleast you got some sort of justice. The man that killed my mother got thirty days in jail, and they still haven't found the man that murdered my boyfriends mother last month.
