I heard today that MANCI is preparing for DR contact visits but they aren't really contact visits.

You still are separated by a mesh screen or fence. The contact is a slot (similar to a food slot) that you can touch hands. I also heard that there is only one cube being prepared for the over 200 DR inmates.

Anyone know anything about this? If this is the plan then I think we need to try and get a better deal out of it. As it stands our visits are only during the week and personally, I work so I need to be able to visit at least once a month on Saturday or Sunday.

The contact visit's are for immediate family members only from what I have been told and only one contact visit every ninety day's,I believe.

richie'sgirl I heard the same thing only immediate family and that the contact visits aren't going to be every time. I have also heard the mess screen thing and the bean slot.
