Riverside will turn red...I just know it......its one of those So Cal Counties that are really hard on this law. I'm beyond bummed, I have a head ache. I know its not over but I think its time for all of us that are here to pray a bit. Grab some decaff tea and a candle and say a prayer for all those boys and girls!

If this passes, how soon will folks start coming home?

People aren't going to just be released. There will be a review hearing and I've read somewhere that the DA's can like almost retry the case...not sure of the details but this isn't a "get out of jail free" and it really shouldn't be. Each case really does need to be reviewed but they need to start with the pettiest first...imo!
