I dont know if overseas calls are allowed but I am local call from cummins and the calls are 6.60 for 15 minutes

Calls from Cummins to another state are $21 for 15 minutes!! (i was living in Texas when my husband first went in.) Can't IMAGINE how much they'd be out of state!!

Angel, one more thing. in order to get a call the inmate will have to put your phone number on your approved list. If international calls aren't allowed, they'll probably tell him at that time.
