Hi Everyone....
Does anyone know how the CDC will know which inmates are eligible for resentencing / release after Prop 66 passes on Tues 11/02/04? Do the inmates that benefit from prop 66 have to file paperwork or will their councelors go ahead and recalculate time, or will the records department go through all inmate files, or do they have to get attorneys or WHAT???? Any and all information would be very helpfull. :)
