When it's almost done add peeled carrots, peeled whole potatoes and wedges of cabbage with the stem intact. (it holds the wedges together) This is an Irish boiled dinner. Cut the corned beef thin across the grain and serve with horseradish...oh, god, I'm getting hungry for this....and cover all the vegetables with butter.....ummmmm:thumbsup: JJT 10-30-2004, 10:05 PM ***drools*** Pass the potato bread.....
