Joey is a great guy... he got on the wrong track for a while because of a very bad marriage and is paying for it now but he is a great guy... My son can do anything he puts his mind to... Carpentry, he is a certified mechanic... he paints cars... he can do anything... he wants to learn to play the guitar and he wants to take some classes... he also wants canceling for his messed up mind... He has been verbally, and mentally abused for 13 years by his ex-wife... So where ever he goes I pray he will get the help he truly needs...
He is also studying his bible :)
Every night at 9:00pm we both look at the moon together... He has a big heart and I know God is working on him...
I just wanted you all to know alittle about my boy because you are so good to me and Joey... Thank you, Patty

i never doubted that joey was a special young man...thanks for painting the picture of him that you do...joey sounds like someone who has a lot in common with so many of us...trying to learn and grow and improve...if only all of us had great moms like you...

i have to say, when i heard about the moon, that really made my heart feel some strong feelings...

LuLu, Joey can't spell to good and has chicken scratch for writing but he is a very sweet person... He told me that he is learning to spell better and to read a lot better... He left home when he was 17 to marry a woman 8 years older than him (not that that is a bad thing) but she was using drugs and running around while Joey baby sat her two girls... sorry I shouldn't get into all that... Patty

Oh Patty. I am so sorry for all that is he is going or has went through. The writing does not bother me one bit. I am sure we will do fine. I cant wait to meet him. :)

I haven't heard from Joey in awhile now... I miss hearing his voice so much... in his letters he tells me "Mom I looked for the moon but I couldn't see it, but I could feel you looking up too" I love my son so much and this has hurt me so very bad... Joey's ex is the one that should be setting in prison for all the things she has done to him... life sure can be unfair sometimes... Patty
