help!...does anyone out there know what the chance's are of being dismissed from phase II of safe p?(1/2 way house)...or has anyone heard of it being done before? my husband is set for releases from safpf in december...he has his owm buisness and a dba.and a stable home life.if any one has any idea of how to go about getting him home before christmas, i would greatley appreciate it! thank's talk about an awsome x-mas!.....:) :yay: :love: :love: :love: :love: :love:

My husband just finished his time with SAFP and then the halfway house in May. You have to go to the half way house once you are done with SAFP. Now from there it all depends on what type of counselor you get. Some make you work the full time in the hwh some let you go early. But you can plan on him spending at least 60 days in the hwh. I heard they have to stay 60 days or the house does not get it's money from the state. If you have any more questions just let me know.
