Hello all, I'm new to the forum. I see so much helpful information so I thought I would post my question.

Can a CA parolee living in FL leave the country to bury a family member? This parolee is has dual citizenship as well.

Would anyone have any code sections that would help?

That is a good question one I honestly don't know the answer to.Can they call the parole officer and ask? I'd assume if he/she is still on active parole they would need permission.again I don't know for sure.
