San Jose FACTS will be having a candlelight vigil

When: Thursday 10/28/04
Time: 6:30 PM
Where: On Hedding St across the street from Downtown San Jose Main Jail.


The time is now to fix Californias three strikes law

Vote Yes on Prop 66 :thumbsup:

I wish I was there but I will light up a candle here at home and show my support from home. I have talked to everyone at work about prop 66 and from all 25 people that I work with yes have told me they will vote YES on prop 66 my god keep watching over all of us and our men.

Great, That is a wonderful thing you are doing. This is and issue most don't care about unitl it affects them or a loved one. Glad to hear you all are "Shinning some Light" on the situation.

I've got a place to be till probably 7 but I'll see if I can get someone to go with me. I will probably go, at least drive by and honk - Wave to the 6th floor, that's where my baby is. He faces the canons outside which is about where you all will probably be right? Directly across the street from the jail.

I'm home from the vigil! Felt like I was part of something for the betterment of alot of FAMILIES out there. My pooh won't benefit from this law, unfortunately because his strikes won't be washed in this and his case is serious but I got to stand out there for a good hour and peer onto the 6th floor.

The boys on the 7th floor were going nuts, I guess most of them there are facing life sentances.

Hey I just got home too, I was there also. OKay girl I know we had to run across each other....what were you wearing? I was the one in the light pink pants with the black jacket. My mom was also there with me.

Yes, those guys at the Main Jail were all excited, flashing their lights on and off.

I had a dark green jacket on and I stood down by the bus stop much of the time I was there. My pooh looks onto the canons. They could hear the 7th floor going nuts, beating on everything.......and he couldn't believe that I stood out there and he didn't look out the window :lol
