Tomorrow will make exactly 3 week since i sent in my form ...
i have a criminal record but did everything & then some they wanted ...
Cleared up any & all fines .... i am jsut waiting to find out what the outcome is how long do you think it'll take ????

My guys Mom had some trouble with her visiting form because of an old charge she had (Real old like 20 years) it ended up taking her about 6-7 weeks to get approved from what I remember.

I sent in all kinds of paper work ... so i am hoping to avoid all those kinds of delays
But it really is out of my hands all i can really do is wait !!!!

Over the past year there have been quite a few posts from people who had been waiting at least 8 weeks for approval. Today I think its quite common to be waiting at least 30 days. I was told that persons waiting longer than 30 days could phone and ask the status of their application.
