I am looking for my brother. I was told that he was incarcerated in Texas for life but I have contacted all the prisons, correctional institutions etc. and no one had heard of him. He was put in prison after police found him with the wheels of his wheel chair full of heroin. He is apparently paralyzed from the waist down. I haven't had contact with him in gosh, 15 years but would like to find him so we can catch up and keep in touch this time!

I thought that perhaps he had used another name but he is already known in the system because he did 6 years for kidnapping and raping his wife for 6 days at gun and knifepoint. His fingerprints are in the system so they would have identified him right away.

I checked the BOP and there are 17 Leroy Brown's you might want to check there since I am sure you know his Birthday

I know of several prisoners that I tried doing a search on at that site and they aren't even found in the system but I know for a fact that are incarcerated right now. Is there another place to search?

do you know for sure he's in tx? state or fed? do you know what he was convicted of?

He was caught by police with is wheelchair wheels full of heroin. I imagine possession with intent to sell?

I thought the web page I was directed to was for Federal prisons? I am pretty sure it was. I'll have to check on that again. I was thinking to that SCI prisons are medical prisons and being as he is paralyzed, perhaps he is in one of those?

well, the only thing i can think of is that inmates get the newpapers, maybe you could put a small want to find ad.

I wanted everyone to know that I located my brother. Apparently he is living in Oil City. I haven't personally contacted him yet but I will be doing so in the near future, right now I have to deal with my other brother. I will keep you all updated and thanks for all your help!
