Has anyone seen or heard the prop 66 commercials that are against it? The commercial is straight out lying and trying to scare the public! They are saying murderers, rapists, and child molesters will be released if the prop passes? Is that even legal to falsely portray the prop like that???? If I saw that commercial and didn't know much about the prop then I sure as hell would vote against it!! This makes me so angry!:angry:

Hopefully enough Californians have been affected by the 3 Strikes Law or have paid close attention to how it really works and can see that the original intention of the law is not being applied. As it stands now 3 Strikes is not deterring crime and is IMO cruel and unususal punishment in most cases.

I haven't seen any commericals against Prop 66 but I just seen a commerical with Joe Klass in it. In the commercial Joe Klass says to vote Yes on 66. I was so excited when I saw the commercial.

I was also really excited when I seen it today but not even 10 minutes went by and they had the one of a woman saying he had a knife on my throat and then he rape me he had raped two other women and now if prop 66 passes they will let all these Murderers, rapists and child molester will be released. Oh my god I was SO mad they are liars I am sure governor Schwartznegger has a lot do with this that is really SAD and upsetting. I was listing to a radio station and they were saying that if you vote for prop 66 you are voting for the next people to be murdered or raped hope that you are able to live with that.
