Usually they release the results of the props the same time they release the new pres. which is that night the same night of the election and once voting has stopped, I usually hear it on the news that night (11pm)

Yes, the results should be given that same night once the polls are closed.

I don't want to bring you down but it can always go to court and be appealed if it passes. A pass does not always mean it passed. Thats politics for ya!!!
