Does anyone know of someone who made parole again after having had the parole revoked? If so, how long did they serve prior to be granted parole again?? My fiance' is being told one thing by the IPO nad his case manager and I'm being told something else by the WV parole board. Please help!! I want him home SOOOOOOO bad.

He can make parole.......Has he had a revocation hearing? No more than 1 year the WV parole will see him again to reconsider a new parole release, this can be expedited if you want to. I have an ex-offender re-entry program here in WV, why did he get revoked? One question...Did he parole from the 2nd chance program at St. Mary's? These guys have to clean up their sentence if they get revoked, but they can go around that too at times.
