I looking to find some info on house arrest from my brother that is currently serving time in Florence and has little over a year of time left and he was wonder or he heard something that with inmates that have less than a two years can possible request for house arrest? I standing in proxy for my brother and looking for any help that anyone can provide me.

Yeah, I've been hearing rumours about this for a few months, as well, and have been unable to find anything factual/legislative about this at all. I know of at least one convict at Lewis who will be released to home arrest within a few weeks. 'hope someone in here can help me to find out the particulars. Northstar
