Hi all, my son is in california correctional center in susanville and he wants to get released to another state Oregon, where his grandparents live. His counselor is new and he seems to know more than she does, is there someplace that he can request this that would help his counselor out...I mean can I somehow do some kind of research on this? He was going to be transfered to his dad, but they are moving and will have no place for him so he has Nevada request in now and has to change it and doesn't want to rock the boat.
