Okay, folks...enough people have PMed me and expressed interest in a meeting of the Midwest contingent to make it a reality.
As always, anyone is welcome to join us...but the main states represented will be Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
The exact location of the G2G will depend on the area from which the largest amount of people will be traveling. So far, Kansas City looks good if there are a lot of members willing to drive in from Missouri side, and Wichita if it is mainly Kansas members that will attend.
Still lots to be worked out....will we get a hotel room for a night or two? Side activities? Folks willing to share a ride? Can we plan it to happen before Christmas, or will it be better to wait until after the holidays? Either way, the ball needs to start rolling ASAP, because it will take a lot to pull it together :D
So, I'd like it if those of you who are interested could post in THIS thread...that way, we can get an idea of a possible head count. I am up for any and all suggestions--I need as much input as possible to make this a success! Thanks!
