ok from waht ive read i understand that lifers will be reveiwed and 2 strikers will do their sentence. but my question is what about the 3 strikers? like my man is doing his third time in prison nonvoilent on the same drug charge. so will he get reviewed or get life or finshed his sentence out or get his parole? someone please help me with this im stressing over this? :angry: :confused: is this law only going to be passed in california?

he is in there for vo. parole! does that make any diffence or not? he may get parole in april and maxs out in november so if this law is passed can they sentence him to life? im confused!!!!!!!!!

Still not sure I understand the question. A parole violation isn't a strike. They will have to charge him with a new crime to give him a strike.
