I have a question regarding this Prop 66. I'm definitely going to be voting YES but here's my question. Is it true that if Prop 66 does pass then the courts will not be allowed to give someone 2 strikes on 1 case? For example when my fiance was sentenced in 1999 he was given 2 strikes for his case, so does that mean that with Prop 66 passing he should only get 1 strike? Any info would help, thanks

depends if his crime was a violent felony.
