I will do just that and Yes I think marijuana cases should be in the class as drugs abuse Period.

I will send an email to cnn. I think marijuana use should still be pursued, but it should be last on the list compared to all of the other heavier and more dangerous drugs out there.

Marijuana is a drug and should be prosecuted unless, like in CA, you have a Docs Script and a Card to obtain it....but if you're buying it from the MJ clubs for all your friends and reselling it, than that's just wrong.

I agree that MJ is more along the lines of the drug alcohol -in fact I don't think I've ever seen that somone has been killed by a "MJ" high driver have they?
