This thing will not survive the move and being in storage, but I can't figure out how to take it apart!!!

It has those locking cam fasteners, and I can't figure out how to undo them, when they hidden!!

Anyone have a sledge hammer???

Or want a heavily used, ready to tip over, light pine laminate computer desk??? Free!!

Oh JJT I am new here but seriously worried about this move of yours...LOL Ok Now listen carefully..LOL (Ok i"m laughing here) Those stupid things that hold the desk together you have to turn, clockwise I believe..They are interlocking (please don't ask me why) LOL Get a philips head screwdriver and turn those lock things, (LMAO) Ok I am serious here, but it really is funny, Trust me, it will work.... Keep me informed....LOL Good luck my friend...

That was almost too easy!!

Once I took the pressboard "privacy" panel off, the thing nearly fell apart. I will now be able to deposit into the dumpster.

And you don't want to know what I found behind the desk!!! OH my!!

LOL

All my belongings are going into storage.

The desk would not have survived. It was pretty well in its last days!! In order for it to stand level, I had it wedged between a file cabinet and a heavy bookshelf!!

Okay... back to packing. Or cooking. I am getting hungry!!

TOO FUNNY GIRLS!!!

I had one of those wardrobe closet type things (double door ones) with the same concept though..

It was at the apartment when I moved in and I wanted to move it into the bathroom to use as a linen closet.

Well the thing WON'T FIT through the bathroom door. My girlfriend and I decide we were going to take it apart to get it in. LMAOOOOO What a fiasco!!! We were so proud that we got the the thing apart, even though it was a little worser for the wear. We got it into the bathroom, and tried to get the thing BACK together.....FORGET IT!!!! It never happened the whole thing came crashing down and broke in half, this was after we added about a hundred little nails into it!!

To this day we laugh our a**es off about this and our other home renovations gone terribly wrong!! :D :p

Good luck with your move!
