Hi, I'm writing a piece of fiction about a prisoner leaving San Quentin. I'm looking for someone willing to help me with a few details about the prison's interior and exterior geography. Please post here or send a private message if you can help out.

Many thanks in advance. Strength to you all.

West Block reception: 5 tiers. 2 inmates per cell normally. Chow hall: Beautiful

wall murals. Other than that, West Block is a filthy disgusting s*#t hole and I am
glad that I am out of that place. So loud durning the day you can't hear a pin
drop, on the other hand, at night all the groups of people, say there good nites
to there homeboys etc...New Year's Eve 2003 was AWESOME...and the guards
were cool. For being in a prison on New Years eve, I have never seen such a
wild time for a prison. It was a blast, but I never in my wildest dreams, ever want to go back to that hell.
