HISTORY: Pooh was arrested for acting in self defense but was charged w/ (a)187. He was loaded during the incident, also suffers various mental health issues. Anyways, he didn't just try to kill this guy. Pooh was cold-cocked, attacked, strangled and acted in self defense. I believe him FULLY.

His lawyer came to visit and is talking about a possible plea w/ Assault w/ GBI and trying to get him into a long term program. The only one I know of In CA (and I've posted in the CA Forum) is called Delancey Street. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any other long term residential facilities in California (bay area specifically or just CA as a whole)!

We find this encouraging because that's exactly what he NEEDS - help learning to live a life w/ Addiction and Mental Health. He's not a monster and prison would only do more harm than good (but then we all know that :lol)
