I am 27 years old, the baby of a big family, born and raised in Mississippi.

I met my husband 5 years ago through some mutual friends and we hit it off right away. He disappeared for a while and I lost track of him and moved on with my life. Two years ago, out of the blue, he starts calling me again and we started seeing one another. Within 4 months we moved in together and on February 16, 2001 we eloped. He is 21 years older than I am, but acts like a child, so it all averages out! He is also 6 feet 4 inches and I am 5 feet 3 inches, so I literally look up to him! I love him more than I have the words to tell you.

Neither of us has any children but would like to have at least one child eventually. Our "baby" is a Springer Spaniel named Pookie, who is so spoiled!

I like NASCAR (Tony Stewart, Dale E. Jr.), reading, writing, and surfing the internet. Other than that, my life is exceptionally boring - just the way I like it!

Oh yea! I forgot to add - I've got a butterfly tattoo (papillon) on my right ankle. My husband has designed another tattoo that we're both going to get when he comes home. Matching tattoos - cool, huh?

GREAT TO HEAR ABOUT YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND. SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP.....

ANIMALS ARE A GREAT WAY OF CARING ABOUT LIVING CREATURES. IF THERE ARE NO CHILDREN, MANY TIMES, PEOPLE DO TURN TO ANIMALS FOR LOVE AND WARMTH. EVEN OLDER FOLKS WHOSE FAMILIES ARE GROWN AND GONE, HAVE SMALL DOGS AND CATS TO TAKE THE PLACE OF THE MISSING CHILDREN.

YES, GRANDCHILDREN ARE GREAT, BUT THEY ARE NOT THERE ALL THE TIME AND YOU ALWAYS NEED SOMETHING TO FILL THE VOID.

ALSO, WHEN YOU DO HAVE CHILDREN, THE DOG WILL BECOME A GREAT TEACHING TOOL FOR THE CHILDREN TO SHOW THEM HOW TO LEARN LOVE AND CARING.

Having Pookie around has been a great sense of comfort since her "Daddy" has been gone. Right now she's lying at my feet, pretending to be asleep - she knows it's time for a bath!!!

She almost died last year - she ate 30 feet of cassette tape. After emergency surgery and a hospital stay, she's back to normal (well almost). During that ordeal she went a week without eating and sense has become obsessed with food! When we almost lost her, it nearly crushed me.

The tattoo Wayne designed is of bars with a sleeping clock stuck on a few minutes before the 13th hour. It has a sleeping moon and two wedding rings interlocked with his name, my name, and our wedding date. It also has a key, a butterfly, and a queen of hearts. It sounds like a lot, but it's not very big (maybe 2 inches X 2 inches). It's really pretty - and he wants them to be done in black fine line, without color, though he designed a color version as well.

Hey.. Thanks for sharing about the tattoo.... I would love to see it... It sounds really interesting... I think it is neat when people design their own... I guess I just don't have that much creativity OR artistic talent... :)

Hopefully, tomorrow, I'm going to use a friends scanner (mine is on the blink) and scan some of Wayne's art to show you guys. I'll be sure and scan the tattoo design.

Danielle:

Love the Tatoo... That will look good on your upper sholder.

The one I want is your Avatar... I have always wanted a Rose on my Sholder or my Ankle. I have been a chicken lately though. But, before I do have it done, I want someone who knows what they are doing and are clean.

(I guess that comes from my generation>)

oh my, Danielle, that is an incredible piece of art! Would you go back and describe each piece and the reason for it?? Please? What colors has your hubby put to the colored version?

I really like the tatoo. It's an original. He's got some talent. Concerning your dog I completely understand. I have a dog who is my baby right now. His name is Scooter. He is a minature dachshund. He is something else. I have one son but he is 20, so Scooter keeps me company and gives me alot of love.
