I am the sister of an inmate in Tucker Unit in Arkansas...We are getting ready to file for Clemency and have a question from the application...it ask for prior convictions,does that mean all past history all of his life or just the conviction that got him in Prison ? this is harder than I thought it was going to be...Thanks in advance for all help... :)

It means ALL past convictions. My husband has already filed and has a screening date (he goes infront of the parole board in November). If you have anymore questions just ask and Ill try to answer them
