Hey New Yorkers...

If you see one of your threads with a different title it is because I am trying to make it easier for peope to locate a subject if doing a search on PTO, or a search engine like Google. At times people's thread titles are vague, so it helps to make the title more specfic to the questions you are asking.

For example:
Instead of "I need help" or "I have a question" the title should be what they need help about like "Reception in Elmira" Thanks! :)

I would like to re-emphasize how important this is. We are rebuilding and expanding the NY forums as you all are aware, but in doing so we have seen a lot o threads that just don't cut it when it comes to proper (or even close) titling.

Why is this so important? Because people need to be able to understand what the thread / post is about without having to go into the thread. And while some members think luring someone into there thread by having an enticing, but no descriptive thread works, many more don't spend the time to even check it out.

Please take a little time and be descriptive on what you are going to post when starting a thread.

Thanks,
David
