Well, I talked to Micheal Thursday night. He got a letter from his lawyer saying that they want him to do his time on his parole violation before they send him to court on the new charges. Meaning he will do this time, go to court, then go right back to prison. Ughhhhh, I'm so mad and upset right now. He said that he was going to write his lawyer again and try to get her to do her job. (She's a public defender btw :blah: ) Any other ideas for him to try or for me to try? Thanks

Have new charges already been filed? If so demand he be writ to court from prison to stand trial or plea or whatever - of course, in the attempt to run his sentences concurrent... SORRY PD stands for PRISON DELIVERer....whose side is she on???

Well he has been to court once to plead not guilty, and they set a date for him to return. Which is Oct. 5. But now, it seems like she doesn't want to worry about him. Which really makes me mad. I was hoping for him to go to court so we could know how much time he is looking at. He was going to send me the stuff to fill out for us to get married. But now, he wants to wait until we find out how much time he is looking at. This just makes me so mad.
