Hi:

My husband's appeal attorney has just submitted his brief for his appeal.
She decided to file what is called a Wende Brief which she explained will make the Appeal Court review my husband's entire file to see if they find any errors made during his trial. We are also able to write a supplemental brief to go with his brief she filed. I have never done this before so I am asking if anyone has ever done this before.

Also, she said at anytime we could file a Habeus Corpus but I am not sure what that really is. If anyone knows could they please explain it to me.

My husband is in Ironwood in California so we are going through the California Appellate Court, 2nd Division.
